The residences accommodate students and have several guest rooms for visiting faculty and guests. Each student is given room keys, credentials to connect up to four devices to the WiFi and access cards to ensure the safety and security of residents. A functional and supervised gym is available for students, and a coin-operated laundry room, leisure room, study area and functioning kitchen are all accessible to residents.

Male and female residences have separate entry and exit points. In addition, there is 24-hour security and extensive CCTV coverage in common areas to fulfil our commitment towards ensuring safety on campus.

Students can choose between double or single rooms, which are fully furnished with basic necessities and an ensuite washroom.

Located within the education hub of Dubai Academic City, the student residences are well connected with local bus and taxi services, multiple eateries, shopping malls and medical service providers.

Campus Living is an open area with natural sunlight and large glass windows overlooking Dubai International Academic City. The space includes sofas, chairs and tables that students can use to meet with friends and classmates or work on projects and study. Students can use this bright space anytime during the day.

At Amity University Dubai, we recognise the importance of balancing academics and leisure. That’s why we have a designated Gaming Zone. This is a popular shared space where students can come together to unwind and de-stress. 

In the Gaming Zone, students can enjoy a pool game, play a foosball round, compete in a FIFA match on one of the four PlayStations, or even check out some traditional board games. Everything you need to feel right at home on campus.

The Gaming Zone is located on the 1st floor of the campus; it is open to all students from 9 am to 6 pm.
